They
offered the best price on the phone. When they picked us up we
quickly signed the contract and got in to start having fun! We didn't see all
the hidden fees in the small
print of the contract we signed until the end of the trip and we got our final
bill! Yikes!!!
The phone quote rate they gave us was
ONLY for the
hours we reserved but the rate DOUBLED if we ran over.
The small print in our contract obligated
us to pay a FULL hour if we went over even by a few minutes!
The small
print included
EXTRA charges for each
stop, pick-up or drop-off. They didn't tell us that on the
phone!
The
contract added an EXTRA "after midnight" service
charge... $200!
Vehicle Complaints:
Hooray, Here Comes The Bus Or Limo...
oh darn!
We got a
cheap price but when our bus or limo
showed up
we were
embarrassed!!
The
vehicle
smelled
of the sweat
and smoke
of lots of other
people!
Worse...
slight odor of old vomit.
The
A/C,
Heater,
interior
lighting, CD or DVD
player
didn't
work so
we
didn't
