Many new customers call and tell us Horror Stories about the Cheap Bus Or Limo they rented last time and how they definitely DO NOT want to have that experience again... 

The 4 problem areas they tell us over and over are: The Pricing, The Vehicle, The Driver, The Service!

So here's what they said...

1. We got a low price on the phone but when they showed up the price on the contract was much higher! They said we must have heard wrong and if we didn't sign the higher price contract the limo or bus would leave us!

2. They told us about the low hourly rate but added hidden "pay per mile" fees in the small print of our contract!

3. We got a low base price on the phone but they added per hour surcharges in the fine print of the contract!

4. The low base price was for the first 3 hours but the rate went WAY UP for everything after the first 3 hrs!

5. The small print in our contract obligated us to pay a FULL hour if we went over even by a few minutes!

6. The small print included $10 to $25 extra charges for each pick-up or drop-off.

7. The contract added a $250 after midnight service charge! Look for that in the small print!

8. The contract adds a $250 Fri, Sat, Sun "premium time" charge.

There are too many pricing tricks to list them all but those are some of the most common ones to look out for....

The Vehicle:

Here Comes The Bus Or Limo...  uh-oh!

We got a cheap price but when our bus or limo showed up it was old or dirty or smelled of the sweat and smoke of  lots of other people! We were disappointed and embarrassed by the vehicle! We got a cheap price but the A/C, Heater, interior lighting, CD or DVD player didn't work so we didn't have a very good time!

We got a cheap price but the limo or bus made funny noises and then broke down on the way to the dance, concert, etc.,  We got a cheap price but the glasses were dirty or the soda and alcohol were cheap super market brands or there wasn't much of either one... those are the most common complaints we hear about the cheap rentals!

The Driver:

Our Driver Was Awful....

The most complaints we hear about cheap rentals are about the driver!!!

People can barely suppress their annoyance or downright anger over the lousy driver or the poor customer service they received. They tell us things like.... We got a cheap price but the driver was nervous, grumpy, stupid or rude or got lost several times or took the long way or got us there too late to get in or took forever coming back to the restaurant, theatre, concert or prom dance to pick us back up! Of course he was terrible... to keep their price cheap low cost and discount services pay the lowest wages in the industry so they have to hire the new, inexperienced drivers or the grumpy "has beens" that the better companies won't hire anymore because they've been all around and got fired everywhere for a bad attitude or bad manners or poor customer service skills!

Your driver is an all important part of your experience... a good, experienced driver with good customer service skills makes for a truly enjoyable experience but a bad one makes your trip a nightmare! Many tell us we saved money with the cheap price we got but we had a totally lousy time in that cheap limo or bus!

The Service:

They Stranded Us.... We Waited and Waited and Waited Till the Momentum and Fun Was Gone...

They dropped us off at the concert, restaurant, show, whatever... and when we came out they were no where around! We Called and called and called while we all stood around worrying and wondering where our ride was.... FINALLY they showed up but we were so frustrated we couldn't get the happiness back! Here's what may have happened...  their underpaid unmotivated driver feel asleep or just decided to "let 'em wait".

They Booked And Dumped Us!

And here is something else to consider... with a seedy limo service you also have a very good chance of being "dumped"... that's when the real cheap limo service gets a call from another customer and quotes them a higher price for the same vehicle you booked a few days ago... if they take the higher price... you get a call that the vehicle you booked was in an accident or broke an axel etc and is out of service... sorry! Sometimes you don't even get a call... they just don't show up. And there are more hazards but we think you get the idea!

For ALL of the above reasons.... Please trust us when we say... stay away from cheap limos!
